Oil Wash Illustrations in Progress, 2005, These three Illustrations are half way completed. The Oil wash has been laid down and the "pick-out" is complete (This is where I remove the lighter values with a brush and paint thinner). The next step is to allow them to dry for several days then come back and add Conte' crayon, color pencil, air brush, etc.

Working on Mural for the Lifestyle Center of America. After completing the drawing I brushed on a multi-colored Oil wash over the canvas giving me a medium-light valued background to help me perceive values more accurately and colors that suggest the final colors I intend.

New studio 2003

Showing the new studio to Irwin and Alan Fosse, 2003. I was pleased to show the new studio to Dorothy and Irv Fosse and their son Alan. They are my Aunt and Uncle whom I stayed with in Chicago while attending the American Academy of Art.
